Looking for a quartz or titanium banger that will be compatible with your 18mm dab rig or bong? You've come to the right place! 18mm Bangers are sometimes referred to as 19mm bangers, this just depends on the retailer and manufacturer - both technically measure 18.8mm in diameter. Many larger bongs and dab rigs feature this joint size and it is the second most common behind 14mm bangers.
There is a very large variety of 18mm bangers on the market. Some bangers have special features like flat tops, slurp terps, and more while also having different joint angles including 45 and 90-degree. When purchasing your next 18mm banger, it is important not only to know the size you need but also the gender (male or female). 18mm male bangers will be compatible with any female ground joint while 18mm female bangers will be compatible with a same-sized male ground joint.
Bangers work by heating the base of the banger with a torch lighter and then placing your dabs on the heated surface with a dab tool. While inhaling, cover the banger with a carb cap to control the airflow of the dab. If bangers aren't quite your style you can always try out a nail or even a concentrate vaporizer. We also carry a variety of bowl piece options such as bong slides and bowls to make your smoking experience more enjoyable.
While browsing our selection of bangers and finding the best fit for your water pipe, you'll notice some of the industry's best brands including Honeybee Herb and many more. Bangers typically have either a 45 or 90-degree angle. 45-degree bangers work best with bongs that have the downstem or ground joint pointing out of the water pipe at a 45-degree angle while 90-degree bangers work best with joints and downstems that are vertical. By finding the correctly angled joint it will ensure that the bucket of the banger is level when attached to the pipe.
This is a matter of personal preference. Typically titanium burns hotter and will produce larger dabs while quartz will produce a smoother and more flavorful smoking experience. We suggest trying both to see what fits your smoking preferences best.
