Shipping Policy



SMOKEA® is proud to offer a free shipping option for all orders of $20 or greater shipped to the 48 contiguous states. Free shipping orders will be processed within 3 business days and shipped with the most economical shipping solution available for your order. These delivery times typically range from 3 to 16 business days.

Standard, expedited and express shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional charge. These orders are processed within 1 business day and typically have transit times of 1 to 7 business days depending on the service.

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your distance from our shipping location. Precise estimates will be displayed at checkout for each service. Shipping times are estimated by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by SMOKEA®. Shipments delivered outside the estimated delivery date are not the responsibility of SMOKEA® and will not be refunded. Estimated processing and shipping times may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events and holidays.

*Shipping cut-off for same day fulfillment is 12pm Central Time Monday - Friday excluding national holidays. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day for paid shipping orders. Orders placed with free shipping will be fulfilled within 3 business days.

NOTE: Products sold by third parties or products that are made to order may have their own shipping policies and will vary from times estimated by SMOKEA® at checkout.


Due to local laws or carrier restrictions, some products may not be able to ship to your country, state, city or county. The following products cannot be shipped to the listed regions.

We value your privacy and work hard to guarantee that 100% of your information is safe with us. One part of that process includes discreet shipping and billing. When you order from us there is no need to worry about anyone knowing what is inside your package. Each order is packaged in a plain brown or white box with no store or product information listed. To protect this even further our return address on your shipping label will read "JAM Distribution". We promise that no mention of product or "SMOKEA" will be displayed on your package.

For international shipments it is required that we list product titles and values on the customs forms. In this case if you are outside the US you will see product information but everything else will be the same as above.

All purchases made from our site must will appear on your statements as "SMOKEA" however there will be no mention of "smoke shop" or anything similar to protect your privacy. Product names will NOT be listed on your statements, just the order total, date, and "SMOKEA".



You will be provided with tracking information upon fulfillment of your order via a shipping confirmation email. This tracking information can always be located on your order status page, shipping confirmation email and My Account page.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update after shipment confirmation is received.


SMOKEA® is proud to partner with ShipInsure to protect your packages against being lost, stolen or damaged in transit. By default, ShipInsure is automatically added to your order at checkout for a small fee. However, if you elect to not include ShipInsure with your order, it can easily be removed before checkout. If ShipInsure is disabled for your order, it will not be covered in the case of being lost, stolen or damage by the carrier.



SMOKEA® is proud to offer worldwide shipping. If you're an international customer you will have a variety of shipping options including services from USPS, UPS, and DHL Express.

Services such as USPS First Class Mail International offer a more economical option while having longer transit times up to 21 business days while services such as DHL Express Worldwide offer transit times as short as 2 business days.

Available shipping services for your country and address will be displayed at checkout along with estimated transit times for each service. These estimates are provided by the carrier and not guaranteed by SMOKEA®. Shipments delivered outside the estimated delivery date are not the responsibility of SMOKEA® and will not be refunded. Estimated shipping times may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events and holidays.


The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; SMOKEA® has no control over these charges, nor can SMOKEA® predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Please note, it is your responsibility to know the laws and regulations of importing our products into your country. If your shipment is confiscated by customs you will not be refunded. Furthermore, if you refuse to pay import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country or the carrier, your package will be discarded by the carrier and you will not be refunded.


There are several reasons a package could be returned to our warehouse as undeliverable to address. These reasons may include item is too big for PO box, incorrect address, incorrect address format, failed delivery attempts, damaged during transit, other transportation problems, unable to export or other address problems.

When packages are returned as undeliverable you will be contacted via email and provided with a full refund less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Orders that are returned to SMOKEA® as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still like to receive items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.

If you suspect your package is undeliverable you will need to wait until the package is received back to our warehouse to receive a refund. However, you are welcome to place a new order in the mean time and your original order will be refunded as soon as it is returned.

NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: It is your responsibility to be aware of import regulations in your country. If your order is returned to us because an item or items you ordered cannot be imported to your country you will not receive your order and it will be refunded minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.


All items purchased from SMOKEA® are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.



SMOKEA® offers a free pickup option for our local customers at checkout. If selected, you will receive an email with pickup instructions within 1 business day when your order is ready to be picked up at our warehouse located in O'Fallon, MO. Your order will be held for three business days.


We are proud to now offer same day and next day delivery to our local customers. If you're located within a 50 mile radius of our warehouse located in O'Fallon, MO, you will be presented with a Local Delivery option at checkout.

Orders placed before 2PM Central Time are eligible for same day delivery while orders placed after this time will be eligible for next business day delivery. Our business days are Monday - Friday excluding national holidays.
