Kanna Products
Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) is a succulent native to South Africa. The San and Khoikhoi peoples have used it in traditional practices for generations. In this collection, kanna appears in gummies and chewable tablets, often blended with other ingredients like L-theanine, choline and B vitamins.
Nootropic Blends
Our blended formulas combine ingredients like citicoline, L-theanine, ginkgo biloba, ashwagandha and Cat's Claw (Uncaria tomentosa), among others. Many of these blends are proprietary, which means the label may not list the amount of each ingredient separately. Read the full ingredient list on each product page. Some blends also contain caffeine.
Formats We Carry
Chewable tablets and gummies are portable and need no water or prep. Some tablets are scored so you can take a half serving. Soft gels and liquid shots come pre-measured, so there's nothing to split or measure. Serving sizes vary by product, so follow the label on the item you buy rather than a general rule.
Using These Products Responsibly
Start with the smallest serving on the label and wait the time the label recommends before taking more. Don't combine products from this collection with each other or with alcohol. Several products contain ingredients that may affect serotonin, including kanna and 5-HTP. If you take an antidepressant (SSRI, SNRI or MAOI), triptans, tramadol or any other prescription medication, talk with a healthcare professional before use. Some products contain caffeine or yohimbe, which aren't recommended if you have a heart condition or high blood pressure. Don't drive or operate machinery until you know how a product affects you.
