Free Shipping vs. Paid Shipping
Free Shipping
Orders totaling $50 or more shipped to the 48 contiguous United States qualify for free shipping. Free shipping orders are fulfilled within 2–3 business days and are routed using the most economical service available across our carriers (FedEx and USPS). Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days within the contiguous 48 states, and longer for destinations outside that area.
Economy Shipping
Economy Shipping is our lowest-cost paid service and is routed the same way as free shipping — the most economical option available across FedEx and USPS — but with faster handling: orders are fulfilled the same or next business day, with estimated delivery in 2–7 business days.
Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping applies only to items shipped directly from our suppliers rather than from our warehouse. These orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days and typically arrive in 3–5 business days. The carrier varies by supplier.
FedEx Services
For orders fulfilled from our warehouse, the following FedEx services are available at checkout and are fulfilled the same or next business day:

Fulfillment Cutoff
Same-day fulfillment applies to orders placed before 12:00pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are fulfilled the next business day.
About Delivery Estimates
Transit times vary based on distance from our warehouse and service availability at your address. The most precise estimate for your order is the one shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by SMOKEA®. Delays that occur outside of the estimated delivery window are not the responsibility of SMOKEA® and shipping charges will not be refunded for them. Transit times may also vary during major sales events and holiday periods.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products cannot be shipped to certain destinations due to state and local law. If your order contains a restricted item, we will contact you.
Amanita Muscaria
Cannot be shipped to Louisiana.
Delta 8
Cannot be shipped to Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia.
Kratom
Cannot be shipped to Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Wisconsin. It also cannot be shipped to Sarasota County, Florida; San Diego and Oceanside, California; Alton, Jerseyville, and Edwardsville, Illinois; Columbus and Union, Mississippi; or Ascension, Franklin, and Rapides Parishes, Louisiana.
THCA
Cannot be shipped to Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, or Vermont. This restriction applies to products whose Total THC calculation (THCA × 0.877 + Delta 9 THC) exceeds 0.3%, even where the product remains within the federally legal 0.3% Delta 9 THC limit.
International Restrictions
The following cannot be shipped internationally: all items in the THC & More collection, all vaporizer products and accessories, and any product fulfilled by a third party.
Discreet Billing, Shipping & Packaging
All orders ship in plain brown or white boxes with no store or product information printed on the exterior. The return address reads JAM Distribution to maintain your privacy. Nothing on the outside of the package references SMOKEA® or the contents of your order.
International shipments are the one exception: customs forms are required by law to list product titles and values.
Your billing statement shows SMOKEA along with the order date and total only. No product names, no reference to a smoke shop, and no similar identifiers appear on your statement.
Shipment Tracking & Insurance
Tracking
Tracking information is sent by email as soon as your order is fulfilled, and is also available on your order status page and in My Account. Please allow up to 24 hours after your shipping confirmation for the first carrier scan to appear.
Insurance
Route Shipping Protection is added to your cart automatically at checkout for a small fee and covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. You may remove it before completing checkout. Orders shipped without insurance are not covered by SMOKEA® for loss, theft, or damage.
International Shipments
Services & Transit Times
International orders ship via USPS and DHL Express.
- USPS First Class Mail International — our most economical international option; delivery may take up to 21 business days.
- DHL Express Worldwide — expedited service, with delivery in as few as 2 business days.
Available services and estimates for your address are displayed at checkout. As with domestic shipments, delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed by SMOKEA®; delays outside the estimated window are not our responsibility and shipping charges will not be refunded. Transit times may vary during major sales events and holiday periods.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the destination country. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country, all of which are the recipient’s responsibility. SMOKEA® has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customs clearance can add delays beyond the original delivery estimate. It is the recipient’s responsibility to know what may lawfully be imported into their country. We cannot issue a refund for a shipment confiscated by customs, and if a recipient refuses to pay the assessed import taxes, duties, or fees, the carrier will discard the package and no refund will be issued.
Undeliverable Addresses
A package may be returned to us because it was too large for the recipient’s PO Box, because the address was incorrect or incorrectly formatted, after failed delivery attempts, because of damage or a transportation problem in transit, because the order could not be exported, or for other address-related reasons.
When a package is returned to us, we will contact you by email and issue a refund less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. Returned orders cannot be re-shipped; you are welcome to place a new order. Refunds are issued only after the package has physically arrived back at our warehouse.
International customers are responsible for knowing their country’s import regulations. Packages returned because of destination-country import restrictions are refunded less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee, and cannot be reshipped.
Risk of Loss
All purchases from SMOKEA® are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon our tender of the shipment to the carrier.
Pick Up & Local Delivery
Local Pick Up
Local customers may select free pick up at checkout from our warehouse in O’Fallon, MO. You will receive an email with pick up instructions within one business day of your order being ready. Orders are held for 3 business days.
Same Day & Next Day Local Delivery
Customers within a 50-mile radius of our O’Fallon, MO warehouse will see a Local Delivery option at checkout when eligible. Orders placed before 2:00pm Central Time are delivered the same day; orders placed after 2:00pm are delivered the next day. Local delivery runs Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
