This is the first vaporizer I've ever had. I bought this on Black Friday about 8 months ago for $80 and have been totally satisfied! It works great and is very easy to use and clean. An alcohol wipe and something small enough to get all around the inside of the mouthpiece is all you need. I usually clean mine after 3 or 4 uses. The only downside I've found, is after several uses, it clogs up where you can't draw through it. I have a friend who has another brand of vaporizer, and said his does the same thing, so it must be a fairly common problem among vaporizers. When this happens, I turn the heat up a notch and **** really hard for a few seconds, and it clears out and can be used normally. Also, when cleaning it, if I loosen or remove the small phillips head screw inside the mouthpiece and clean all around it, it opens up and works fine. This screw is really small and care must be taken not to lose it. It has good battery life and can also be used while plugged into the charger. Overall, I'm totally satisfied and would recommend this to anyone looking for a compact, efficient vaporizor.

This product is an excellent way to get into consuming concentrates in an easy to use, compact form. The interface is effectively the same as my Kandypen which I use for 510 carts, so learning to use it was quite easy! The only learning I really had to do was to be patient to let the quartz chamber heat properly before inhaling. The vapor produced was nice and clean, the flavor was well preserved. A fantastic foot in the door for concentrates in general, and it's delightfully portable. Highly recommended.

The Crystal gets the job done. Period. I have tried many different types of pens, and this thing is just beautiful. Feels great in the hand, low temp. sesh mode is nice for you terp lovers. You can crank this thing way up if you want giant rips, but its not really necessary. I barely have any waste or cleanup with this device. Just like using a quartz ******. I would not buy any other pen at this point . There is nothing else out there in this genre that is better.
