The Ryot Piper functions exactly as advertised. It is definitely smell-proof, it is compact, but don't let that make you think it's too small! It holds all my trinkets, herbs and cleaning tools just right! Love the color, love the non-stick mat, love the lock, and love the included Ryot Keeper!! Excellent purchase!
Great little bag
I personally love it. It's nice knowing my pipe and herbs don't smell up my truck and backpack. I really like the no slip prep area.
Very nice case
Well padded interior pocket that easily holds two large pipes. The no-stick silicone prep area does it's job. It does a great job of keeping smells to a minimum. I take this with me on the Disc Golf course for the "bowl holes", and I know that even in that environment my piece is protected. Love the Ryot gear! Note: This is to update my previous review. Ryot, for as great as their stuff is, is terrible with product descriptions. I did not get an older model but the newly updated model. Smokea reached out after the review and went above and beyond in their service to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks guys!
Older model
This is an older model being sold by Smokea. It does not have the magnetic closure, isn't lockable, etc... It's an OK case, but I wish I had known that this wasn't the "Piper" being sold by Ryot at the time. I did not receive a "fresh pod" as mentioned in the product listing either. It's a good product, but I'm not happy with ordering it from Smokea.

Thanks for your review. However, we wanted to ensure you the model you received is in fact the new model. This newest version is the carbon series which is lockable. The one with the magnetic closure is actually the older model. Regarding the Fresh Pod, it seems you've found an error in our listing. We've actually just contact RYOT because they list the same thing on their site so we believe this is an issue they need to fix as well.
