Cracked in one week and logo came off
Great company but prob with product. Came with wrong k clip, and spout cracked in less than 2 weeks. smokea kind enough to send me right one k clip. Excellent customer care. Contacted GRAV, they reimbursed me for the shoddy logo and cracked downspout amazingly refunded my whole order for the cracked spout. They gave me credit to replace it. GRAV is outstanding in standing behind their products and smokea has excellent customer care. I would order again from either despite problems but they were quick to fix it. Thank you.
