Awesome Piece
Great bong, smooth hits, has to be cleaned fairly consistently as it collects resin and tar quickly but otherwise awesome piece totally considering a second one so me and the partner have are own separately

Speedy Replacement, Great Piece!
Great!! I bought the green/black piece, and the first one arrived faulty. It was leaking from the bottom of the base and the seem where the base and glass connect. Emailed customer service, and they had a new pipe to my door within a week, no need to send back the leaky pipe either! Excellent customer service The second pipe is so great, it made me really glad I had emailed for the replacement! It doesn't leak from any of the seems, it doesn't leak at all! When it comes to the pipe, I'd recommend filling to right above the bottom seem and tilt the piece up as you smoke. You'll end up with water in the bowl if you fill any higher, and it's still easy to get water in the bowl if you tilt the piece down at all while you're smoking. Smoke tends to pocket in the bowl-side of the circle, but you can get it out by taking out your bowl and plugging the pipe most of the way then drawing while tilting the pipe as far down as you can without just spilling water everywhere. Even with this method, it can be a bit messy, so you can weigh how much effort you want to put into getting out that smoke. I've noticed that if you don't clear out that smoke consistently, the pipe gets grimy a lot more quickly!! Basically, loved the pipe once I got a functional one, but it has a few draw backs, like any piece. Highly recommend, especially if you're a clutz like me and keep breaking glass! In the pics, left pipe was the first one. You can see it's grimier cause I wasn't clearing out all the caught smoke. Dab rig and collector also included and great. The dab bowl thing is pretty cool, has a weird double layer bowl like I've never seen.

Amazing oriduct
The accessibility of this bong is amazing. Love the honey dabber and banger for this bong. Just don’t know the perfect level of water in it.
